The Development process begins as a new property is acquired.

best use for the newly acquired property and incorporates either

creative redevelopment plan. Significant capital dollars are
infused into the reconstruction of the property in order to
bring about dramatic visual changes to the interior and exterior
of the property. Tripoint’s develo9pment team is disciplined
about containing construction costs and bringing about the
timely execution of the project.

is the Management process. As the base building redevelopment
construction is completed, the property’s image is repositioned
