The property is prominently located on Franklin Avenue in the downtown commercial district of Franklin Lakes and within convenient proximity of Routes 287 and 208; two major corridors through Northern New Jersey. Tenants in the building include Weichert Realty, TNT Max and Bergen Behavioral Wellness. The property has over 60 marked parking spaces and two bank drive-thru lanes. Plans are underway to significantly redevelop and reposition the building from general office into class “A” medical space. Tripoint expects to begin redevelopment work at the property in the Spring of 2010.
