From Philadelphia:

Follow Route I76 West to Route 202 South. Exit Route 202 South to Route 30 West. Stay on Route 30 West (not to be confused with Route 30 Business) for 5 miles to the Route 282 (Wallace Ave) exit. At the bottom of the off ramp turn left onto Norwood Road then left on Route 282 East (Wallace Avenue) for 1/2 Mile to the first traffic light (Pennsylvania Ave). Turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue and right into the main entrance to Mill Town Square. Tripoint Properties is located in the courtyard at suite 225.

From I95 south of Philadelphia:

From I95 south of Wilmington, DE exit for Route 202 North. From I95 north of Delaware, exit for Route 322 North to Route 1 and left to Route 202 and right on Route 202 North. Exit Route 202 at Route 322 North (West Chester bypass to Downingtown). Follow Route 322 into Downingtown (about 8 miles) to Route 30. Cross over Route 30 and make the second right into the Mill Town Square parking lot. Tripoint Properties is located in the courtyard at suite 225.

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

Exit at the Pottstown / Downingtown exit. Bear left after the tolls to merge on to Route 100 South. Stay in the right lane and take a left at the second traffic light on to Route 113 South for about 5 miles. The first traffic light after crossing over the Route 30 Bypass is Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn right and follow Pennsylvania Avenue to Mill Town Square parking lot on the left. Tripoint Properties is located in the courtyard at suite 225.
